Right
Click the modifier stack (Taper, ChamferCyl) and choose "Collapse
All," Choose Yes in the window that appears. Now you see that
only "Editable Mesh" is displayed.
Click
on the plus sign next to "Editable Mesh" and select "Vertex".
Now you can see the vertexes on the object. Select the center-upper
vertex, left and right click on the Select and move and enter these:
Absolute:World
X:
0
Y:
0,3
Z:
0,5
Close
the window.
Click
Editable Mesh, to deselect it

NOTE:
It would be a good idea to save in every 5 minutes
Now
select the new Cylinder, and select "Create/Geometry/Compound
Objects/Boolean", "pick Operand B" and click on the
first Cylinder, tick "Union"
Now, the two obects are one, I used this here, because now, when
you add Mesh Smooth, there wont be any sharp corners.
Create
a simple Box. Both-click "Select and Move" and enter these
settings:
Absolute:World
X:
0
Y:
1,5
Z:
0,175
Now
select "Select and Rotate"
Absolute:World
X:
0
Y:
0
Z:
90
Close
the window

Again,
right click on the box and select "Convert To/Editable Mesh".
Select Vertex and select the top-front Vertexes and open the Transform
Type In window again enter Absolute:World Y: 1,5. Click on Editable
Mesh to deselect it.
